At the moment there is little fishing on the coarse lake, however the Fly-fishing in the trout lake is still producing results. Young Raymond Harris junior caught a fish on his second cast today on his own tied fly!
If his dad isn't careful young Ray will start out-fishing him. The successful fly was an orange fritz. Other flies doing the business at the moment are damsel nymphs and flies with a little wiggle in the tail, fished slowly at varied depths.

Corkagh Park Fishery
The lakes at Corkagh Park Fisheries are the biggest leisure angling lakes in Dublin. Opened in June of 2004, this superb fishery comprises two lakes; a coarse lake and a trout lake that together form approximately seven and a half acres of fishing space.
Both lakes have fishing stands and piers, wheelchair accessable, providing easy access for all anglers. The lakes are fed by the Camac River with branches feeding into each lake.
Corkagh Park Fisheries is managed on behalf of South Dublin County Council by BK Management Ltd. The company has a long established relationship with the council also managing the adjoining Camac Valley, Tourist Camping Park. There are a full range of facilities on site including tuition, equipment rental, bait, toilets and Coffee Shop.
The lakes are open all year round except Christmas Day. Opening hours are from 9:30am until dusk.
